Vital Recruitment believes our workforce is the backbone of our business, so investing in them is essential.

We therefore run several in-house training programmes in our dedicated Training Suite which cover:

	Manual Handling		Risk Assessment
	Health and Safety		Fork Lift Certificate
	Food Hygiene		We have been working in conjuction with a training body to secure goverment funding for GCSE courses.
	First Aid
	Fire Awareness

We believe in investing in our people to ensure that our workforce is as safe and efficient as possible. We also run six monthly First Aid courses to ensure strict Health and Safety regulations are met on all of our customer’s sites.

All training is ongoing and completed in compliance with our customer needs and requirements.
